Camp & Canoe packages at a discounted rate for Adventure Crews, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts and Brownies for the entire month of May, *excluding Memorial weekend. Includes two nights of camping in our primitive area or in the Clearing with electric/water and a canoe trip.

Cost:     5 mile Camp & Canoe:      $20/person (savings of $6/person)
10 mile Camp & Canoe:    $25/person (savings of $5/person)

Meet up on the Mohican – 6th annual

A few enthusiastic friends got together and thought it would be fun to host a meetup that included several YouTube camping “experts” and their friends and “fans”.  Thus, “Meet up on the Mohican” was created and 30+ sites were booked! Call today to book your site with this energetic group – hurry, they won’t last long!

Christmas in July

Ho Ho Ho – Join us as we celebrate this traditional winter holiday and await Summer Santa on his one-of-a-kind red wagon, pulled by his trusty J. Deere, blasting Christmas music and passing out candy to all the good little boys and girls.

No additional fees are associated with this feel-good weekend.

Mohican Bluegrass Festival – 35th annual

September 17-19, 2026
September 23-25, 2027

A favorite annual attraction in the Mohican Area! This is a family festival, now in its 34th year. Bring your lawn chairs and a few good friends to enjoy the most scenic venue around. Picnic tables and benches are available on a first come first serve basis. Kids are free and parking is free for the day. Food and craft vendors available.

River of Fire Spectacular

A fun-filled weekend of Halloween activities for families!  Enjoy fun Halloween themed activities including campsite decorating contest, pumpkin/gourd painting for little tikes 0-10 years old, hayrides, pumpkin carving for the big kids and adults, brazier decorating contest, trick-or-treat, balloon twister and face painting.  The grand finale will be a spectacular RIVER OF FIRE, as each family watches their decorated brazier launched from the canoe landing to float down river.  (Pumpkin paint and carving tools are not provided).

Cost: 

• FREE to all 2-night campers. 2-night minimum applies.
• Pay base rate for unused nights.
• Regular visitor fees apply to day visitors.
• Reservations a must!
