Fun on the Mohican River

RIVER CONDITIONS*
LOW WATER LEVEL/CLOSED FOR THE SEASON

  • Equipment is dragging and paddlers are out and pushing.  Add additional time to the trip for low water levels.
SMOOTH SAILING

  • Ideal conditions
CAUTION

  • Experienced paddlers only 16+
  • No non-swimmers and life jackets must be worn at all times
  • No tube rentals
HIGH WATER

  • Canoe livery closed – Dangerous water conditions
*Water levels are controlled by the Army Corps of Engineers and may change rapidly.  The safety of area visitors is of top priority; we ask that when the liveries are closed you do not enter the water as many water hazards are unseen and water rescues create a very dangerous situation for our local firefighters, medics, and other emergency personnel.

Canoeing, Kayaking and Tubing*

Join us on the Mohican River for some wet fun in the sun on one of our canoes, kayaks or tubes.  We offer a variety of river trips on the Mohican River where each group is sure to find one that meets their desires.  From a short 2-mile tube to a 20-mile canoe trip – we’ve got something for everyone.  Choose from a canoe, single kayak or single inner tube for your trip and you’ll be sure to have a great time!
