Conditions: Deposit of $300 due at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. No loud music permitted. Strict quiet hours from 11pm-8am. No vehicles permitted through campground gate without registered pass (additional fees). Camping out overnight inside or outside of the Pavilion/Gazebo area is strictly forbid. Campsites may be booked for overnight guests.

“ONLY ONE FAMILY HOUSEHOLD MAY OCCUPY EACH SITE” per Gov. DeWine and the Ohio Dept. of Health
If all persons intending to utilize one site are not living at the same address – this means you.
If this mandate affects your reservation please call for a deposit transfer, free of charge, to a future date this year OR request a cancellation of your reservation for a $10 fee/site.
Per the coronavirus.ohio.gov website and the updated mandates for Ohians:
All individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when:
At an indoor location that is not a residence
Outdoors, but unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members
Waiting for, riding, driving, or operating public transportation, such as a taxi, a car service, or a private car used for ride-sharing.
The order only requires those 10 years old or older to wear a mask. Additional exclusions include:
Those with a medical condition or a disability or those communicating with someone with a disability;
Those who are actively exercising or playing sports;
Those who are officiants at religious services;
Those who are actively involved in public safety; or
Those who are actively eating or drinking.
There will be one-way in and one-way out, please follow the signage;
Whether you need to enter for check-in or merchandise purchase, please remain in the line outside the door until you are called in;
There are two sinks outside the office on the walkway for handwashing. Please wash your hands prior to entry;
We reserve the right to ask anyone we feel is a safety hazard to other guests to leave the store;
Tap to pay at the credit card machines is available if your card is designed to do so.
CHECK-IN: If you feel uncomfortable entering our office for check-in please call ahead or email us to pre-pay well in advance as we will not be accepting pre-pays the day of your arrival. (BE SURE to pre-fill your Liability Waiver and hand in at pre-pay line).
PRE-PAY – RECOMMENDED! Call ahead or email to pre-pay your stay and avoid entering our office. We will not be accepting pre-pay the day of arrival – please call a day or more in advance.
You must have the first and last name(s) of all pre-paid adults (even if you’re paying in our office prior to their arrival). If you do not know the first and last name(s) of pre-paid adults, we will not accept payment at that time and they will be subject to payment upon arrival.

We will NOT run transactions at pre-pay line. You will be redirected back around to office parking lot for in-office check-in/merchandise purchase.
IN-OFFICE CHECK-IN –In addition to entering office/store above, please obey the following for check-in inside our office:
You are restricted to 1 person for each site checking in. ALL others must stay in their vehicles;
Pre-print and sign the liability waiver in advance and drop off at check-in (all 18+ MUST sign). Liability Waiver
SOCIAL DISTANCING – One family per site (max of 6 people per site in effect per our usual). Large group gatherings not permitted. We are fortunate enough to provide a campground on 600 acres of land where the hiking, biking and exploration possibilities are endless and allow for social distancing at it’s finest not to mention we have some of the largest sites in all of Ohio! Please use common sense and maintain a 6 foot distance at all times.
RESTROOMS – All restrooms, latrines, outhouses, showers, etc. are open. They will be sanitized twice daily and regularly cleaned throughout the day. It remains in your best interest to use your self-contained unit at all times when possible.
RECREATION – Canoe livery, mini-golf, archery, swimming pond are open. The following areas remain closed until further notice: playground, rifle range, bike rentals, craft and nature centers and artisan buildings.
TRASH – Please approach waste with the “pack it in, pack it out” mind set. If you bring it with you, please take it home with you. We will continue to provide a trash pick-up service under the following restrictions:
MUST be placed in a closed/sealed trash bag.
No open boxes, bags or other containers filled with trash permitted;
No sharp items that would puncture the bag and potentially injure our staff;
Pet waste bags must be placed inside a larger kitchen sized trash bag.
